Lauv’s latest song, I Like Me Better, reaches the top 10 in its 35th week. In a recent interview with the Rogue Magazine, the singer talked about his work, success and what real happiness is for him. Talking up about his music scene back in 2015, Lauv said, “It just felt different…like something I had to do. It was just really personal to me. So I decided to put it out with zero expectations just to reconnect with that avenue of true self-expression.”
The singer who has delivered hit tracks like The Other, Easy Love and Paris In The Rain, said that he feels the happiest when he is creating something. “I never want anything to be forced in life, so for me that level of success really means creating something much bigger than yourself that can reach and connect a lot of people. So I stay focussed on creating music,” he said.
