Selena Gomez stunned everyone at the Ray Dolby Ballroom in Los Angeles as she attended the 2017 Billboard Women in Music Dinner and Awards Gala. The Fetish singer received the 2017 Woman of the Year Award. Selena’s kidney donar and close friend Francia Raisa was also present with her, according to reports on EOnline.com.
Speaking to Billboard about how she was feeling after the kidney transplant, Selena said, “I’m good. Honestly that whole experience made me look at life a little differently. I’m grateful for that. It feels good to be able to share my story the way I want to. I’m good, I’m really good.”Selena not only said that Francia should be actually getting the award, but also thanked her family and team for being with her throughout her struggles.
