Mark Salling
The Los Angeles County District Attorney rejected Mark Salling’s case, due to insufficient evidence and a four year delay in reporting the alleged crime, according to TMZ.com. A woman had recently accused Salling of rape. She claimed she was a 22-year-old virgin at the time and she wasn’t sure if she wanted to engage in sexual intercourse, but Salling forced her to do so. The police, however, say they may reopen the case, if proper evidence is provided.
