Actress and model Summer Phoenix has filed for divorce from actor Casey Affleck and is asking for joint physical and legal custody of their two sons. According to People.com, Summer is also asking for spousal support. The ex-couple were together for 16 years.
“Casey Affleck and Summer Phoenix have amicably separated. They remain very close friends,”Affleck’s representative told the website when they first announced their split last year.
