Hollywood actress Kate Hudson and her ex-husband and The Black Crowes singer Chris Robinson are in a new custody battle over their 12-year-old son Ryder. The pair, who were married for seven years, had parted ways in the year 2007. According to EOnline.com, Robinson is set to reopen the joint custody agreement of their son Ryder that he and Kate had agreed upon after their divorce.
Hudson and Robinson will now have an evaluator from the court who will perform a child custody evaluation, and make recommendations for developing a parenting plan that addresses legal and physical custody, and where Ryder will reside from now on.
