The driver, Wilson Deon Thomas III reportedly drove T.J. around for a day, when the comedian began inhaling the gas, nitrous oxide from cream dispenser cans, becoming aggressive and abusive.

The driver, Wilson Deon Thomas III reportedly drove T.J. around for a day, when the comedian began inhaling the gas — nitrous oxide — from cream dispenser cans, becoming aggressive and abusive. Wilson alleges that T.J., increasingly erratic, also struck him on his head and shoulder while he was driving.
The comedian’s lawyer responded, calling the suit a shake down, and adding, “Mr Thomas is no stranger to the legal system and is all too familiar with filing bogus lawsuits to extort people.”
