Kanye West, after a long-drawn unsuccessful attempt at being politically active, has said that he will not indulge in political rants anymore, reports JustJared.com.
In a series of tweets Kanye revealed, “My eyes are now wide open and now realize I’ve been used to spread messages I don’t believe in. I am distancing myself from politics and completely focusing on being creative (sic) !!!” and continued, “I support creating jobs and opportunities for people who need them the most, I support prison reform, I support common-sense gun laws that will make our world safer (sic)”
The rapper has been criticised for his views on slavery, wearing the Make America Great Again hat, and a impromptu pro-Trump rant on his SNL Live debut.
