Singer alleges baby mama is inconsistent with giving time

One Direction singer is reportedly going to court to get his baby mama Briana Jungwirth to allow him to see their baby Freddie Reign. According to TMZ.com, the Story Of My Life singer is alleging that Briana has been “inconsistent” with allowing him to see and take care of their son, who is now five months old.
He is said to be moving a court to not just allow him joint and physical custody, but also a 50-50 division of time that each spends with the boy. Louis is also reported to be paying Briana around $15,000 a month in child support, in addition to renting out a $1 million house for her and the child.
