A woman is suing Joe Jonas, claiming that his assistant was driving Joe's 2012 Audi A6, which collided with her at an intersection.
The accuser's lawyer Gerald Marcus informs that his firm ran the plates and confirmed that the car was registered to Jonas.
A woman is suing Joe Jonas, claiming that his assistant was driving Joe’s 2012 Audi A6, which collided with her at an intersection. TMZ.com reports that according to the legal documents filed by the lady, the incident happened March 2016.
The accuser’s lawyer Gerald Marcus informs that his firm ran the plates and confirmed that the car was registered to Jonas. However, no police report was filed and there were no witnesses. It is also unclear from the documents if Joe was in the vehicle with his assistant or not.
Regardless, the woman’s suing both Joe and the assistant for negligence, claiming she was injured in the collision and has endured mental and physical pain, incurred medical expenses and lost earnings.
