After making a brief cameo in her maiden Telugu production Subham, actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu is reportedly planning to take center stage in her next home production. According to industry sources, Samantha is keen on playing the lead role to boost the visibility of her production banner. “She is in talks to headline a film directed by Nandini Reddy, and is seriously considering producing the project herself,” a source revealed. “If all goes according to plan, it will be a new-age entertainer that reflects Samantha’s evolved creative vision.”
Having spent over a decade in the film industry, Samantha has developed a sharp instinct for script selection. “Her track record as a successful actress speaks volumes about her ability to spot unique and engaging stories. She’s now using that skill to back fresh, impactful content under her banner,” the source added.
