Sunny, Bobby To Host Special Screening of Ikkis In Memory Of Legendary Dharmendra

Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol are hosting a special screening of their late father Dharmendra's last film, Ikkis, on December 29 in Mumbai. The film showcases Dharmendra's unique and emotionally powerful performance. His loyal fans wanted Dharam Paaji to watch this film with them but it could not happen. Maddock Films has extended an invitation to media members to meet Sunny and Bobby. They shared some emotional moments with Dharmendra's sons. Dharmendra's daughter Esha Deol and Hema Malini have shared fond memories of the actor's passion for acting and his love for being in front of the camera.
Esha Deol, daughter from his second wife Hema Malini, told mediapersons that Dharmendra was an actor who always loved to flirt in front of the cameras. "He comes back home and always discusses his shooting experience with me. I could witness his excitement and passion for acting in his words.”
Hema Malini has also been vocal about his love for acting before the camera and getting offers in films. She said: "Woh hamesha apne character ko lekar excited hi rehte the. He would discuss saying that he would perform it in some special manner and used to put in efforts for portrayal of his character. Dharamji had a child-like love for acting.”
During a recent prayer meeting hosted by her, she revealed about his love for Shayaris. She said: "We are interested in doing something for his love towards shayaris. We shall definitely complete it soon. We wanted to do it when he was alive but could not and regret for it. I promise we will bring out something for his fans to know about his penchant for shayaris, which would be really amazing."
