Janhvi Kapoor visits Sridevi's favourite place in Chennai

It is known that actress Janhvi Kapoor is making her debut in the South with Jr NTR's Devara. She has even signed her second Telugu film with Ram Charan and this one is yet to go on floors.

The actress is currently busy promoting her upcoming Hindi film Mr & Mrs Mahi which has Rajkumar Rao as the male lead. The actress, as a part of her promotional tour, visited a temple in Chennai. Janhvi can be seen wearing a lehenga and she shared a few pictures with her aunt Maheshwari and wrote, "Visited Muppathanam temple for the first time mummas most favourite place to visit in Chennai."

Janhvi, in most of her interviews, keep talking about how her mom Sridevi, when I used to teach them a lot about traditions, culture, and rituals. She even spoke about how Sridevi's devotion to Lord Balaji of Sri Venkateswara Swami Temple in Tirumala, Andhra Pradesh was immense. "Mom used to visit the temple every year on her birthday though she was working," said Janhvi.

On the work front, Janhvi is yet to wrap up her portion for Devara. The makers will soon shoot for a romantic song in Hyderabad. Devara is directed by Koratala Siva and is slated for release on October 10.
