Radhika's apt trolls!
Radhika Apte’s recent hat trick of Netflix hits — Lust Stories, Sacred Games and now, Ghoul, has led to a slew of jokes about how the actress is everywhere on the platform. Netflix itself has jumped on that bandwagon and released a spoof video about Apte’s omnipresence, captioning it, “Whatever the role, Radhika apt hai.” And the actress is rather amused.
“I am loving the jokes, I think they are hilarious. Anurag (Kashyap) sent me one which has Nawaz (Siddiqui) saying, ‘Kabhi kabhi mujhe lagta hai ke main hi Radhika Apte hoon’ (sometimes I feel like I am Radhika Apte). To be honest, I am not someone who is comfortable with so much attention. But I think the Netflix video was very funny,” Radhika says.
Meanwhile, she has a Sriram Raghavan film coming up soon. Talking about other future projects, the actress says, “There’s Andhadhun (with Ayushmann Khurrana) and then Bazaar (with Saif Ali Khan). I also have two Hollywood films coming up – one of them is Michael Winterbottom’s The Wedding Guest with Dev Patel. I haven’t signed anything else.”
