'I suffered immense humiliation, want an apology': Kangana on row with Hrithik
Mumbai: The ‘Hrithik Roshan-Kangana Ranaut’ row that erupted in 2016 was one of the biggest controversies Bollywood has seen of late.
A controversy that started following Kangana hinting at Hrithik as ‘silly ex’, led to legal notices being slapped on each other, accusations of the actress suffering from Asperger’s Syndrome, fake email ids and its hacking, denials over each other’s claims regarding their alleged relationship or the lack of it and dominated headlines through most of 2016.
While Hrithik has never publicly spoken about the controversy except through legal notices and had just once said that ‘truth will come out one day’, Kangana has often taken digs at her ‘Krissh 3’ co-star at several public events.
The actress has done it again and perhaps made the most shocking revelations regarding the controversy on Rajat Sharma’s show ‘Aap Ki Adalat.’
In the teaser of the episode tweeted by Rajat Sharma, Kangana gets emotional saying, “Call him here and ask him every question, because I was not the one to send the notice.”
She also says, “I have suffered immense humiliation; there is no account of it. I used to cry all night, I couldn’t sleep, I was in stress, faced trauma, mental trauma, emotional trauma,”
The leak of her emails sent to Hrithik’s email id, which he denied was his, had also made headlines, some of which had lines like, ‘Does our love really exist or it’s just a fantasy?’, ‘If our love is real then why is it intangible?', ‘What if someday I meet you and you tell me that you haven’t received anything, you don’t even know me, you never loved me.’
About the mails, Kangana said, “All those ridiculous mails have been released in my name, people still Google it and read it and take pleasure out of it. I want an apology for this misbehaviour.”
While Kangana has always been known for her sensational comments, but these claims come just days before the release of her next film ‘Simran.’
