I try not to see anything negative on social media or in newspapers: Sonali Bendre

Sarfarosh actor, Sonali Bendre believes in the power of social media and she is using it only for positive stuff. When she comes across anything negative, the actress prefers to shut her eyes on them.

Sonali, who joined Twitter in 2015, believes that as one can’t change much, we should focus instead on what one can.
“I am definitely on social media. One cannot change all the problems in the world. But you have to focus on what you can do. I run a book club on social media,” says Sonali.

The actress calls social media a powerful tool and be used in ways convenient to people. “I feel that it is a very powerful tool that can be used well or abused as well. I use it well and use the book club in a constructive way,” says Sonali.

And she surely has an aversion to all things negative. “I try not to see anything negative on social media or in the newspapers. I think mental health is very important for me. A lot of that to me means not looking at anything negative,” she says.
