Shah Rukh Khan performs action stunt for Raees without harness

Mumbai: Ever since fans witnessed Shah Rukh Khan pack punches and land some kicks in ‘Baazigar’, ‘Don’, ‘Chennai Express’ and other such films, they want nothing more than to see their favourite actor in the action avatar yet again. And this year, seems like SRK has promised to give his fans just that.

After we saw SRK climbing buildings and chasing the bad guy in his upcoming thriller drama ‘Fan’s trailer, Bollywood's King Khan has yet again hyped up our hopes with this new still from his ‘Raees’.

Not much has been revealed about Rahul Dholakia’s ‘Raees’, so it’s obvious for fans to anticipate a lot. But with this new still from the film, one thing is for sure; we’ll definitely see Shah Rukh Khan kicking some butt and taking on bad guys in ‘Raees’.

With a gun in his hand, Shah Rukh Khan is seen flying high, literally. The actor is leaving no stone unturned to give his best and go all out as he isn’t seen wearing any harness while performing the stunt himself.

Directed by Rahul Dholakia, 'Raees' is set in 1980s Gujarat. It tells the story of bootlegger Raees Khan (Shah Rukh) whose business is challenged and eventually thwarted by a police officer played by Nawazuddin Siddiqui.

The film which also stars Pakistani actress Mahira Khan is scheduled to release this Eid.
