Ranveer Singh roped in as brand ambassador for international eyewear brand

Mumbai: Despite his last film ‘Befkire’ not doing well at the box office, it seems that Ranveer Singh is still a hot favourite for brands. After replacing Salman Khan as the brand ambassador on a cola brand, the actor has now been signed on as the Indian brand ambassador of an international lifestyle and sports eyewear brand, Carrera.

About the association, Ranveer Singh - 'I am extremely excited to be brought on board as the brand ambassador of Carrera. I feel a genuine connect with the essential free-spiritedness, boldness and fearlessness of the Carrera tribe. I am honored to be representing a brand that has such a great legacy and I am looking forward to what will be a special association.'

Ranveer is set to start the advertising campaign for the brand in February. Following the campaign, the collection of sunglasses and optical frames will then be available in the market.

Ranveer has been shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Padmavati’ also starring Deepika Padukone and Shahid Kapoor and the film is set to release in November this year.
