That Priyanka Chopra and Madhuri Dixit will collaborate for a TV series, has been in the news for a while. However, now the writer of the show, Sri Rao, who has also penned shows like General Hospital: Night Shift, took to Twitter to make an official announcement. He wrote, “Thrilled to finally announce my exciting new project with these two legends and icons @MadhuriDixit @priyankachopra (sic).” He posted a picture of his with the two actresses along with the tweet.
Reportedly, the show will be based on the real life of Madhuri Dixit, who would also be the executive producer of the show. Her husband Sriram Nene is also expected to be a part of the project.
