Bikas Mishra's adaptation of Badal Sarkar's cult play Pagla Ghoda releases online

Mumbai: Badal Sarkar’s cult play ‘Pagla Ghoda’ set in the 1960’s has always fascinated theatre enthusiasts with its extremely ruminant and deep content.
Bikas Mishra, who’s adapted the play onto reel, has tapped on the essence of it and set it in the same era as the play.
Starring Ravi Khanwilkar, Anshuman Jha, Gopal Singh, Chitrangada Chakraborty and Vikram Kocchar in the lead roles, the film has now exclusively released on Hotstar.
The basic premise of the film is four men gathering to cremate an unknown female, each with a personal reason in mind. While sharing a round of drinks after the cremation, their curiosity about the girl’s origin piques, and the ensuing discussion reveals secrets hitherto unknown.
