Mumbai: Nawazuddin Siddiqui is an ocean of talent as far as acting is concerned but will he prove to be a good crooner? That we will find out pretty soon. After dancing with a top-notch performer like Tiger Shroff in to-release ‘Munna Michael’, the actor is reportedly gearing up to rap in a song from his upcoming flick ‘Babumoshai Bandookbaaz’.
According to a leading daily, Siddiqui will rap in a song titled ‘Humre Baap Ka Bitwa Bandookbaaz’, which is a peppy number and will get a promotional video of his own.
While talking about this latest development, the actor excitedly said, “I love trying new things! ... I have never danced in my life, and now not only am I dancing but also rapping. When you get down to actually doing it, you realise it’s not that difficult… Once I remember a long part, especially if it is in continuation, it’s easy to keep repeating it as it gets stuck in my head. That’s why I don’t forget my lines and also why I am not worried about rapping,” Nawaz shares, adding, “The song is as quirky and funny as my character in the film, so it will be catchy. I think people will enjoy it.”
Meanwhile, Nawaz has wrapped up his part in dance drama ‘Munna Michael’ and has begun shooting for Nandita Das’s film on the life of noted writer Saadat Hasan Manto’s life, titled ‘Manto’....
