Mumbai: The talented actress Richa Chadda who will be seen as Sukhpreet Kaur, Sarbjit’s wife in the much awaited biopic ‘Sarbjit’ is known to be a complete director’s actor. The biopic which is the second directorial venture of the national award winning director Omung Kumar will have Richa Chadda playing a pivotal role. The shooting for the film has come to an end and as mark of acknowledgment the gorgeous actress Richa Chadda has gifted a very unique antique to Omung Kumar.
A source close the actress informed, “On the last day of shoot, Richa gifted Omung a tiny tractor that was painted and decorated by her. The personalized gift was Richa’s sweet way of expressing her love towards the director, whom she had fun shooting with and feels it’s a privilege to work with him. The actress is quite often seen having some goofy moments with the Omung Kumar post shoot hours.”
Talking about the unique gift, Richa said, “I was driving back from the location and spotted a tiny shop in the village selling local toys. We had just finished shooting an important tractor scene. A tractor also embodied the spirit of the Punjab farmer. I wanted Omung to remember the film and me. That's why I picked up this unusual present.”
