Watch: Tisca Chopra shines phenomenally in brand new short film Chutney

Mumbai: At a time when there are short films bursting out by the dozen, every day, on the internet, it's not easy to find a commendably made film.

Tisca Chopra, known for her sensational performances, seems to have taken the onus to create content-driven films on herself. And with her latest production, 'Chutney,' she seems to have hit the bull's eye.

The actress, who appears in a de-glam, contorted role in the film, is absolutely phenomenal, to the point of being chillingly intimidating, but what shines is the brilliant themes that the film has incorporated.

Also starring Adil Hussain, Rasika Dugal, Devesh Ranjan and Sumit Gulati, the film has been helmed by Jyoti Kapur Das.

The film, written by Tisca, Jyoti and Avneesh Gupta, is easily amongst the best shorts to come out of Bollywood shores, especially in the wake of the immense success of Neeraj Pandey's Manoj Bajpayee-Pooja Chopra starrer 'Ouch'.

With such amazing content coming their way, it's a great time for digital cinephiles to be alive!
