SRK Praises Odisha Fan Rahul Patra's Mural Painting

Bhubanewshwar: An ardent fan of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has won hearts of thousands of people with enviable mural artwork centering around the mega star.

After the release of Shah Rukh starrer Bollywood movie ‘Jawan, the die-hard fan named Rahul Patra hailing from Odisha's Nabarangpur district made a mural painting of Shah Rukh on the wall of a cashew processing unit after the release of the latter’s movie ‘Jawan’ was released.

Interestingly, Shah Rukh’s screen name in most of his movies is Rahul.

Though he belongs to a remote village named Pradhaniguda, Rahul Patra had missed no opportunities to watch Shah Rukh Khan-starrer movies during his college days by treading hilly paths to reach nearest theatres. A software engineer by profession and currently based in Bengaluru, he still continues to watch each movie of his idol with the same intensity of craze and passion as he did during his early childhood and youth period.

After the release of ‘Jawan,’ Rahul shot the video of his artwork painted on the wall of the cashew processing unit and posted it on his Instagram and YouTube handles. Within no time, the video went viral on various social media platforms. Thousands of Shah Rukh Khan’s fans appreciated the video and showered wonderful comments.

Aditya, another ardent fan of Shah Rukh, shared the video and wrote, “It is unbelievable how talented people are.”

The King Khan himself liked the video and thanked Rahul.

“Thank you so much for this video Rahul...Naam to suna hi hai. You are very talented my man. Fantastic artwork. Love u,” Shah Rukh wrote.
