Arjun Kapoor teases Alia, Sui Dhaaga couple Varun and Anushka, spends time with Rhea

Sunday was the cutest day of the year as along with Rakshabandhan, all sisters tied rakhi to their brothers. Coming out of the unusual, Alia Bhatt tied rakhi to Karan Johar’s son Yash.

Arjun Kapoor, often known for his humour, and ways of troubling his co-stars, went on to comment that Yash isn’t really that excited.

For the uninitiated, Arjun made news during ‘2 States’ when he claimed that he really likes kissing his co-star Alia.

So on his recent comment, Alia gave her comeback by asking him to ‘get lost’, claiming that Yash is ‘just playing it cool’.

Later on Monday Anushka Sharma and Varun Dhawan unveiled their movie ‘Sui Dhaaga: Made In India’s first song ‘Chaav Laaga’ in Jaipur.

The two roamed around in a car too made of Sui Dhaaga and went totally desi as the jointly posed in a namaste.

This time Arjun took to Twitter to announce that Varun is such a good friend that he was actually promoting ‘Namastey England’ along with ‘Sui Dhaaga’.

Coming to ‘Namastey England’, the film is facing some hurdles again since director Vipul Shah, according to a report on Mumbai Mirror, has once again been hospitalized.

A source told the daily, “The release date was pushed from December 7 to October 19 at Vipul’s behest as he had wrapped up filming ahead of schedule. Unfortunately, bang in the middle of a hectic post-production, he ended up in the hospital. But Vipul is determined to have the film ready as per schedule, so he is working from the hospital. Special permissions have been taken from the doctors as he’s keen to have the final cut of the trailer and the edit of the film ready on time.”

While the rumour is abuzz that Arjun might collaborate with Ekta Kapoor again after ‘Half Girlfriend’, he is currently busy shooting for Rajkumar Gupta’s ‘India’s Most Wanted’.

He was shooting for the film in Spain, where he managed to spend time with sister Rhea Kapoor and get clicked by her boyfriend Karan Boolani.

The actor however might only have to stress about managing both work and family since he reportedly got a day’s rakhi break too.

A source told DNA, “Arjun was initially supposed to leave for Nepal on Sunday, but he left on Monday morning. Raj Kumar ensured that the actor celebrated the festival with his family. He told his team to work their schedule around so that he could stay back an extra day.”

“After shooting for a few days in Mumbai, the filmmaker and the crew felt at ease with the Kapoor scion’s working style. They saw his dedication during the shooting schedule. They also realised he is quite close to his family. So, the director reduced a day’s shoot from the Nepal schedule knowing the 2 States actor would make it up,” the source added.
