Kareena in the lead to star opposite Shah Rukh in Aanand Rai's next?

There has been a lot of buzz around filmmaker Aanand L Rai’s next film, that will see Shah Rukh Khan playing a dwarf. While we do know SRK will be playing the leading role, a search is on for a leading lady.

Over the past few months, there have been rumours that Deepika Padukone, Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif among others are in the running to play the part. However, latest reports suggest that SRK’s ‘Ra.One’ co-star Kareena Kapoor Khan might just be the lucky one to bag the role.

According to reports, the ‘Tanu Weds Manu’ filmmaker is keen to get the actress on board the film. If Rai has his way, fans will get to see Kareena paired up opposite SRK for the fourth time. Their previous films include ‘Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham’, ‘Asoka’ and ‘Ra.One’.
