'Kaabil' action sequences were a herculean task: Hrithik Roshan
The trailer of Hrithik Roshan’s Kaabil is out and the father-son duo are all set to enthrall the audience again with their latest New Year offering. After Koi Mil Gaya and Guzaarish, once again we’ll get to see Hrithik play a physically challenged character. This time, he is performing the role of a visually challenged and has found it to be quite a testing task.
“Especially the action scenes when I’m standing straight — looking ahead of me whereas I had to punch my opponent who is standing above me. How am I going to punch him? Being visually impaired, where am I supposed to look? If the punch didn’t fall right, I had to go in for a retake. I really worked hard on the action scenes which had to look real. They were like a herculean task for me but I am sure you guys will like it,” said Hrithik.
The actor was all praises for actress Yami Gautam. “She has a real innocent look which is the demand of the character. Yami undoubtedly performed exuberantly well. All of us will witness her on reel, in a never seen before look,” says Hrithik
One would think of a director Sanjay Gupta film to be a thriller but Kaabil, says Hrithik “is a romantic in my personal opinion.”
The trailer depicts it is the love story of two blind characters — Hrithik and Yami who fall in love and get married. The brothers Ronit and Rohit Roy play villain to Yami and the story is about how the visually challenged husband takes revenge. Thrilling for sure!
