Aditya Chopra and Karan Johar are not only among the most successful producers of Bollywood, but they are also very close friends. Still, that doesn’t mean they cannot have their own equations with different people. Though KJo has still not got over his noisy fall out with Ajay Devgn from last Diwali, when the release date of the latter’s Shivaay clashed with Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, it seems that Aditya and Ajay are on a path to reconciliation after a long-drawn-out cold war.
During Christmas 2012, Ajay and Adi had warred over the simultaneous release of Ajay Devgn’s Son Of Sardaar and Yash Chopra’s Jab Tak Hai Jaan. Matters had even moved to the courts. Now, years later, in what could be seen as a reconciliatory move, Ajay will be spending a large part of this year shooting in Aditya’ Yash Raj Studios for Golmaal 4.
Says a source, “Ever since the fall out in 2012, Ajay has stayed away from all things Chopra. Ajay’s wife Kajol too had severed relations with her buddy Adi. But now with a major chunk of Ajay’s shooting happening in Yash Raj Studios it is only a matter of time before the Devgns and Chopras forget their differences.” We can’t help but wonder how Aditya’s buddy Karan feels about this.
