And social media has now become an important tool for actors to spread messages. The latest post by Kareena’s managerial team on their Instagram handle says it all. Kareena had posted a picture with ‘EDUCATION’ written on her left palm and she let the picture do the talking. “Brighten the life of a child, #GiftAFuture #ForEveryChild #education @unicefindia,” said the post.
Not long ago, Kareena had supported the Swasth Immunised India campaign and was appointed as the brand ambassador where she spoke in detail about the need for immunisation as well the importance of female literacy which would help curb fatal diseases among children. “This is going to be the toughest project of my career because it is personal. It is something that I am experiencing myself with Taimur. I have hope and I want to stress an important thing, which is female literacy,” she told us.
