Video: Akshay Kumar lauds heroic cop for saving woman who fell off train

Mumbai: Akshay Kumar is known to be a conscientious citizen. He also vociferously revers the uniformed men of the country.

Akshay shared a frightening video of a woman falling off a moving train onto a platform and getting eerily close to the wheels.

But the swift presence of mind of a cop who was present in the platform while this occurred ensured that the woman was brought to safety before something went fatally wrong.

Akshay identified the police officer as Pawan Tayde of Lonavla police station and applauded his response.

The 'Rustom' star who admitted to have been terrified by the video, reiterated his respect for the armed men, saying, "I've said it before and saying it again, these men in uniform are the real heroes!"
