Mumbai: Abhishek Duhan, who stole our hearts with his amazing performance in Salman Khan's ‘Sultan’, has bagged his next big project.The actor is currently gearing up for the next installment of Rohit Shetty's ‘Golmaal’.
Sharing his experience of working with Rohit and bagging the film, Abhishek said, “I signed ‘Golmaal Again’ as Rohit Shetty's assistance. Basically, I have been assisting Rohit and also working as an actor in the film. While working with him, he offered this role to me. He said I think you play this character. It's a good character.”
“After ‘Sultan’ I was waiting for something good to come up. I wanted to sign up something that I can do justice to. But, if you are not working as an actor it is important that you groom yourself, improve yourself and how you are going to do it. And that time I got a call from my friend and she asked me if I would like to join the ‘Golmaal’ team,” added the young actor.
When quizzed about the thought behind saying ‘yes’ to this Rohit Shetty action adventure, Abhishek revealed, “I readily accepted the offer because it was more of performance-based direction. So, while assisting Rohit he told me that I should play the character. And I accepted it. I am very happy that I met these people. They are one of the best team to work with. I feel blessed working there.”
After ‘Golmaal Again’ Abhishek has another big project lined up, details of which will be revealed soon, confirmed the actor.
