Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmavati has been in the news repeatedly for the attacks on its sets, by alleged right wing activists; so it’s good to hear that the film has finally been set up in the outskirts of Mumbai at Dahisar.
But that’s not the only good news. The movie’s location has brought our favourite B-town couple together.
Rather than commuting from her home in Mumbai every day, Deepika Padukone chose to stay in an apartment owned by Ranveer in the outskirts of the city. Ranveer usually uses this apartment to prepare for his roles. As the two are now living together, they are able to spend more time.
It also works well for both to be closer to the sets, especially Deepika, who needs the shorter distance to elaborately deck up for her role in the movie.
We’re not saying that they’re officially ‘living together’; but this might be the start of something new for them.
