Shankar’s 2.0 (Robot 2) has taken off in Delhi, in a big way. According to sources, a large chunk of the film’s action scenes would be shot in the capital.
Says the source, “Director Shankar has put together some of the most expensive and elaborate fight sequences. These will be shot in Delhi at undisclosed locations.”
The Airlift star recently met Rajinikanth for the first time — “Akshay introduced himself as a big fan of Rajini Sir. They got along like a house of fire! Since the entire film revolves around the conflict between their characters, it was very important to establish an impeccable working relationship between them.”
Akshay’s terrifying look for 2.0, which was released on Wednesday, has gone viral. However, the assumption that this is the first time he has used prosthetics or played a villain is false — he changed his facial features for Vipul Shah’s Action Replayy and did the same for Khiladi 420, where he played the villain.
