Though the video sees Alia pleading and bargaining with him to let her go off easily, she ends up doing 10 squats, five hostage jumps, 45 seconds of skipping, 45 seconds of mountain climbing, 10 weighted back squats, one minute of skiing, rowing, and sprinting each, five gorilla hops, followed by a backward bear crawl and a minute of plank holding. Alia ended up doing much more than she bargained for. But now we know where she gets the energy for such intense shoots and all those parties. No wonder she managed a 70 kg deadlift a while ago.
