Watch: Mahira Khan's mom couldn't believe her daughter bagged a role in SRK's Raees
Mumbai: Pakistani actress Mahira Khan is all set to make her Bollywood debut with Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Raees’. At a recent event, Mahira depicted her mother’s shocking reaction when she got to know that her daughter had signed a film opposite Bollywood’s King Khan, Shah Rukh.
Mahira’s mother just could not believe the news and pretty much went gaga and broke down into happy tears. Recalling the incident at an event, Mahira mimicked her mother's reaction on knowing she had been cast opposite Shah Rukh Khan'. Mahira's mother cried out in surprise on learning the good news about her daughter being part of SRK's upcoming film 'Raees'.

Well, everyone knows what a big break it is to step in Bollywood opposite SRK. After all, Deepika and Anushka made their Bollywood debut with SRK’s film and now, the two are one of the leading actresses of Bollywood.
Meanwhile, Raees' is one of the most anticipated movies in recent times, thanks to the popularity of its lead star and the immense buzz running around it. The first teaser of the film was released in July, 2015, and it was all set for a gigantic box-office clash with 'Sultan', which later was averted, courtesy SRK's injury and consequent re-shooting of scenes.
Directed by Rahul Dholakia, the film also stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui.
