Rock On 2's failure prompted Shraddha Kapoor to turn down music offer?

Rock On 2’s non-performance at the box office has left the film’s cast predictably upset, but one member in particular has taken the news to heart.

Shraddha Kapoor, who went all out to play a singer in the film, is so upset with the box office results that she has turned down the chance to star in a music video.

Says a source, “After the filmmakers had signed Shraddha for the film, the film’s music company had signed her for a music video. The actress was excited for it but later turned down the offer, after seeing the dismal response to film and its music from the audience.”

Shraddha was very invested in the film’s music and the backfire seems to be a bit difficult to grapple for the young actress. But if her co-star Farhan Akhtar’s attitude is anything to go by, the show must go on.
