Feels like a dream to have worked with Vishal Bharadwaj, says Sanya Malhotra

Dangal actress Sanya Malhotra is gearing up for the release of her upcoming film Pataakha, and she can’t stop gushing about Vishal Bharadwaj’s filmmaking genius. “Vishal makes things so easy and comfortable for his actors, he makes you feel like a part of the team. It still feels like a dream to have worked with him,” Sanya says.

The actress reveals that she was “star struck” when she first met the director. “I was socially awkward, but he made me comfortable by involving me in everything. He gave me a lot of importance despite the fact that I am just three films old. He always asks for suggestions, and that makes you feel good,” she adds.

Meanwhile, Sanya says that it’s been smooth-sailing for her since Dangal.

“I would say it has been amazing, I am enjoying each and every day of being an actor. Work-wise, everything has been going smoothly, and I am in a good place,” she says.
