Nora Fatehi joins Salman Khan and Priyanka Chopra starrer Bharat

Mumbai: Salman Khan and Priyanka Chopra starer 'Bharat' is already one of the most hotly anticipated films of 2019. Salman is expected to start the shoot in next few days. In the latest development, actress-dancer Nora Fatehi has bagged an important role in the upcoming film.

Confirming the news, director Ali Abbas Zafar told Mumbai Mirror, “Nora has a special character and contrary to speculation, it’s not an item number. Her role is important to the story and will see her share screen space with Salman and Sunil’s characters. She will be seen in the mid-’80s portion of the film.”

'Bharat' also stars Tabu and Disha Patani in significant roles. This will mark Nora's second film after 'My Birthday Song'.

Nora was in the news for her low-key affair with 'Soorma' actor Angad Bedi. Angad’s growing closeness to Neha Dhupia led to their break-up. Later, Angad Bedi married Neha in an intimate wedding ceremony in Delhi which was shocking news for many.

On the professional front, Nora recently featured in ‘Satyamev Jayate’s hit song ‘Dilbar’ and also has a quirky number in Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao‘s ‘Stree’.
