Happy Phirr Bhaag Jayegi trailer: It's a double trouble this time!

Mumbai: After getting a very good response from 'Happy Bhag Jayegi', the makers had announced the part two. The sequel stars Sonakshi Sinha in the lead role and now the trailer of the film has been released.

In the hilarious trailer, Sonakshi appears to have been abducted by a gang of Chinease assassins, who fly her all the way away from India to China. Jimmy Sheirgill enters in the chaos who is still looking for his runaway bride from the prequel.

Both the new and old characters are busy looking for Harpreet aka Happy and to add to confusion Diana Penty shows up in the trailer towards the end.

The quirky comedy movie is directed by Mudassar Aziz and produced by Aanand L Rai and Krishika Lulla. Watch the trailer here.

'Happy Phirr Bhag Jayegi' stars Diana Penty who was also the lead in original and Sonakshi Sinha. It has an ensemble star cast comprising of Jimmy Sheirgill, Ali Fazal, Abhay Deol, Jassi Gill and Aparshakti Khurana playing pivotal parts.

The film is slated to release on August 24.
