Diana Penty, the heroine of John Abraham’s upcoming film Parmanu: The Story of Pokhran, is hoping the long-drawn-out controversy surrounding the film has garnered it some positive publicity.
The film has been caught in a tussle between its producers JA Entertainmentand KriArj Entertainment, the film, which was supposed to hit theatres in February, has been postponed for release in May; the film will hit screens on May 4.
“The film will be releasing next month, and I am really looking forward to it as it has been delayed a lot. Sometimes I feel there’s a build up of curiosity whenever a film gets into any sort of trouble, so maybe there is a silver lining somewhere.”
Parmanu was scheduled to release on December 8, 2017, but was later rescheduled for February 23, 2018....
