Arjun Kapoor arrives for Sridevi's funeral, speaks on cordial relationship with her

Mumbai: It was reported that Arjun Kapoor and Sridevi have strained relations. Arjun has often gone on record to state that Sridevi is not his mother and Janhvi is not his real sister to be able to comment on them.

But it looks like the actor did share a cordial relationship with the late actress, as his arguments do make sense. When asked, he spoke on a TV show, “It's (The relationship with her is) very cordial. I respect anybody in my father's life the same way because he would expect me to do that. So I respect her and don't wish ill towards anyone. That's how I follow.”

Sridevi breathed her last on Sunday morning, when she was in Dubai after attending her nephew Mohit Marwah’s wedding there.

The actor, in fact, even rushed to Mumbai, just so he could be with the Kapoor family and be able to console his little sister Janhvi Kapoor too, who could not believe the loss like most of us. Here’s a picture of him outside the airport:

The veteran actress reportedly fainted due to the massive cardiac arrest in Dubai and was rushed to the hospital but she was declared dead before her arrival.

Arjun Kapoor is the son of Boney Kapoor and Mona Kapoor. Boney had left Mona and her children Arjun and Anshula Kapoor to marry Sridevi.
