Kim Kardashian files trademark for son’s name
The filing covers potential Psalm West business ventures, including hair accessories, calendars, books, magazines and even clothes.
Socialite and entrepreneur Kim Kardashian welcomed her fourth child, son Psalm, on May 9 and doesn’t want anyone else copying the name.
According to eonline.com, to ensure the uniqueness of her son’s name, she has filed for a trademark protection barring anyone else from having the name Psalm West.
The filing covers potential Psalm West business ventures, including hair accessories, calendars, books, magazines and even clothes. It would also include baby products such as strollers, diaper bags and swaddling blankets.
Kim welcomed Psalm via surrogacy and has been spending special time with the child. She decided to apply for the trademark protection the very next day of his birth.
