Kriti gifted Sushant something special to help him get into 'Punjabi munda' zone
Mumbai: The chemistry between Sushant Singh Rajput and Kriti Sanon kicked off in style when the first look of their film ‘Raabta’ was revealed.
Rumours of their link-up have been growing from strength to strength since then and has still not subsided with just a few days left for the release.
While the two actors have been denying that they are dating each other, one thing is confirmed that they are great friends off-screen.
So much so, that Kriti, who is a Punjabi, thought of helping Sushant get into the ‘Punjabi munda’ zone as he was playing such a character for the first time.
The actress thus gifted him a iPod filled with her favourite Punjabi tracks to help him grasp the Punjabi lingo.
Kriti says, "I am a Punjabi and love Punjabi songs. I added some tracks to my Punjabi playlist and gave it to Sushant. Just thought it would help him get into the 'Amritsar da munda' zone."
Sushant was obviously delighted about the gift and we are sure that it would hold a special place in his heart.
This special gift is just another thing in the list of similarities that Kriti and Sushant share, which includes belonging to Delhi, going to the same college and making it big in the industry on their own.
‘Raabta’, directed by Dinesh Vijan, is gearing up for release on 9 June.
