Mumbai: Vidya Balan, seems to have been gifted ample scope to fully exploit her acting chops in 'Kahaani 2: Durga Rani Singh'.

The actress is absolutely bruised and battered in the latest dialogue promo of the film, but is determined enough to see through all her dilemmas.

Arjun Rampal, as the brooding, calculating cop trying to unravel the mystery surrounding her, seems to be hell-bent on getting his job done.

With each passing teaser, the mystery and suspense surrounding the film is being piqued and the fans of the prequel are eagerly awaiting it.

'Kahaani' put a career too many on a sky high pedestal, including those of Nawazuddin Siddiqui, director Sujoy Ghosh, and even Vidya Balan to a fair extent.

The film is slated to release on December 2, clashing with Vishal Pandya's 'Wajah Tum Ho'
