Mumbai: Amitabh Bachchan’s ‘Pink’ was termed as one of the best films to release this year. The film, also starring Taapsee Pannu, Andrea Tariang, Kiriti Kulhari, Angad Bedi among others, highlighting the issues of crime against women, impressed both the audience and critics alike.

After garnering critical acclaim with its hard-hitting content and doing excellent business at the box office, the film is all set to make its television premiere on Sunday. In order to announce the first telecast of the film, the channel got Amitabh Bachchan’s residence, Jalsa, decked up in pink lights along with the hashtag #JalsaturnsPink and the time of the telecast.

Other popular places in the city like the Carter Road promenade and SNDT College were also illuminated in Pink hue to let people know about the telecast.

With the film already gaining significant word-of-mouth, there is no doubt that viewers would be eager to catch the film on television.
