After 3 hits, Akshay agrees to do 4th film with Prernaa Arora, but has 1 condition

Even though the sources close to actor Akshay Kumar continue to deny another film in the pipeline with producer Prerna Arora, rumour has it otherwise.
The two collaborated earlier for three films, Rustom, Toilet Ek Prem Katha and PadMan, and will soon be seen coming together for a fourth film.

Prerna, as a part of her three-film collaboration with producer Kashish Khan, has readied a project that will star Akshay in the lead. “Akshay has asked Prerna to sort all her problems regarding older projects. Once that is done, he will make an official announcement on the project. Akshay is keen that his films are free from any sort of encumbrances — legal or otherwise,” informs our source.

As for the other two projects, she is considering Sanjay Dutt and Rishi Kapoor for one and Parineeti Chopra for another female-oriented movie.
