Mumbai: The moment Emraan Hashmi starrer 'Azhar' trailer released, it grabbed everyone's attention. Apart from Emraan Hashmi's power-packed performance, people also applauded Prachi Desai and Nargis Fakhri.
From Emraan's rise and fall to Sangeeta's 'Oye Oye' song, the trailer featured everything and now the makers have released the film's much awaited song.
In the 'Oye Oye' song, we see Nargis Fakhri in a captivating avatar while Emraan enjoys the show with his wife Prachi Desai. For those who don't know, the song ‘Oye Oye’ from the 1989 superhit film Tridev has been remade for ‘Azhar’.
Directed by Tony D'Souza, ‘Azhar’ revolves around Mohammad Azharuddin, who led the Indian cricket team for most of the 1990s. He was implicated in a match-fixing scandal in 2000, and banned for life. But later in 2012, the Andhra Pradesh High Court lifted the ban. The film also focuses on his affair and marriage with Bollywood star Sangeeta Bijlani.
The trailer also features Prachi Desai, who plays Azharuddin’s first wife, Naureen and Nargis, who will be seen essaying the role of his girlfriend Sangeeta Bijlani.
