PK writer Abhijat Joshi undergoes brain surgery, out of danger

Earlier in the day, Sanjay Dutt, Aamir Khan and Vidhu Vinod Chopra paid him a visit in the hospital.
Abhijit Joshi has penned movies like 'Lage Raho Munna Bhai', '3 Idiots', 'PK' and 'Wazir'.
Mumbai: Bollywood’s well known scriptwriter Abhijat Joshi, who has penned movies like 'Lage Raho Munna Bhai', '3 Idiots', 'PK' and 'Wazir', has been admitted in Hinduja Healthcare Surgical following swelling in the pituitary gland.
The scriptwriter, who had to be immediately operated, is now out of danger and has been shifted from the ICU.
Earlier in the day, Abhijat's close friends from the industry- Sanjay Dutt, Aamir Khan and Vidhu Vinod Chopra paid him a visit in the hospital. Abhijat will be kept under observation and be discharged in a few days.
