Fatima Sana Sheikh sad 'Thugs Of Hindostan' bombed at Box Office

Actress Fatima Sana Sheikh, who had a perfect launch with Aamir Khan’s Dangal got her second big film opposite Aamir in Thugs Of Hindostan. Though the film bombed at the box office, the actress avers that they tried to make an honest film.“It hasn’t done well, which is very heartbreaking because we all made an honest attempt to make a good film. Unfortunately, the film didn’t work, people didn’t like it, so we are feeling bad,” says Fatima.

Starring Aamir Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Fatima Sana Sheikh, Katrina Kaif the film was touted as one of the highest budget films, but was given the thumbs down by the audience.

Meanwhile, Fatima is excited to see how the digital space is coming up with more Indian series.

“We have a lot of opportunities, writers have a lot of opportunities so we have many options to watch and perform as well. So I think it’s great that we have more Indian series on Netflix,” she enthuses.
