During the last one year, the very visible Priyanka Chopra Jonas seems to have attended more parties, weddings, engagements, media events and global summits than any other celebrity from the entertainment industry in any part of the world.
No doubt Priyanka is living it up as Mrs Nick Jonas, but where are the work assignments? What happened to all the big projects that she was supposed to be planning in America — both solo and with her husband? She had said she wanted to produce a bio-pic on Ma Sheela, no news on that front too.
A friend of the global entertainer says, “She has given what she can to Bollywood. Her last assignment in India is The Sky Is Pink where she plays a mother to Zaira Wasim. To play mom to an adult actress is a suicidal move in Bollywood! But PC is different.”
While some believe that the actress had hoped to build on her musical career along with her musician husband, a source states, “Nick is obligated to create music and songs only with his brothers, Joe and Kevin. It is unlikely that he would collaborate with his wife for any musical assignment.”
However, it is still not too late for Priyanka Chopra to re-invent herself, especially as she in the formidable position to produce her own films.
