Shah Rukh Khan certain India will win ICC World Twenty20
Shah Rukh Khan, who has been nursing a broken patella, was a tad bit upset that he couldn’t be with at the Eden Garden stadium cheering for team India as they took on Pakistan. The actor and cricket enthusiast, who also co-owns the Kolkata Kinght Riders IPL team, hoped he could watch India in the finals.
In a nail biting game, India won over Pakistan with a 6-wicket victory. SRK, who was in Dubai for work commitment, couldn’t attend the match along with other Bollywood personalities like Amitabh and Abhishek Bachchan, Sushant Singh Rajput, Sachin Tendulkar and many more. Going by SRK’s tweet, he is hopeful that team Indian will not only make it to the ICC World Twenty20 finals, but will also win it!

Shah Rukh has often said that he was his team’s ‘lucky charm’ and that when he attended a match, they have always won. Let’s hope some of that luck rubs off on the Indian cricket team as well.
On the work front Shah Rukh is awaiting the release of his upcoming thriller ‘Fan’ and is also simultaneously shooting for his political drama ‘Raees’. He is also shooting his next untitled film with Alia Bhatt, that is being directed by Gauri Shinde. SRK revealed at a recent media interaction that he is eager to take a break from shoots as he is nursing his broken patella. He had sustained an injury on his knee while shooting for Farah Khan’s ‘Happy New Year’, and hurt it again while shooting a chase sequence for his film ‘Fan’.
